DMEAL Coordinator

About the role

The DMEAL Coordinator will lead the transformation of data analysis, validation and dissemination for World Vision Eswatini. This role supports the rollout of DMEAL tools at sector and area program levels and contributes to research and business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather system requirements and develop tools/platforms to improve data management.
• Execute system‑to‑system data extraction, transformation and loading to meet reporting needs.
• Administer data management systems, provide regional troubleshooting and support.
• Design and maintain dashboards that highlight program performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with advocacy, communications and technical teams to adapt visualisations for storytelling and decision‑making.
• Validate, analyse and share data to inform program effectiveness and scalability.
• Conduct data quality audits, spot checks and ensure timely compilation of reporting products.
• Support baseline, midline and end‑line assessments, including Annual Impact Measurement data collection.
• Provide mentorship and supportive supervision to project teams and coordinate with area programs for continuous data quality improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data management, analysis and validation within a programmatic context.
• Ability to develop and maintain data tools, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience conducting data quality audits and supporting monitoring & evaluation processes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and provide technical guidance.
