About the role

MTN FinTech Eswatini is seeking a strategic leader to drive its FinTech product portfolio in a fast‑growing, regulated digital financial services market. The role will shape product strategy, ensure commercial excellence and deliver disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for consumer and enterprise digital financial services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to accelerate innovation cycles.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations on payments, AML/CFT, consumer protection and data privacy.
• Build and manage ecosystem partnerships, open APIs and interoperable platforms.
• Use data‑driven insights to improve customer experience and achieve measurable commercial returns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech product management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and commercial dynamics in digital payments.
• Track record of delivering products that meet customer relevance and revenue targets.
