DMEAL Lead

About the role

World Vision is looking for a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (DMEAL) Lead to join its Eswatini office. The role provides technical leadership to ensure programme design, monitoring and learning are fully aligned with OP Phase III Child Results and Future Ready Sponsorship requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Align the Integrated Program Framework and Results Framework with OP Phase III priorities.
• Monitor evidence‑driven programme adaptation to contribute to Child Results across all funding streams.
• Integrate Sponsorship guarantees and Tier 1 indicators into programme planning and reporting.
• Lead the transition to the iMPAQ data system and maintain data integrity and validity.
• Generate credible impact evidence to support external engagement and resource mobilisation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government, donors, academic and research institutions.
• Provide regular analysis of monitoring data and technical guidance to staff.
• Develop and roll out data‑quality benchmarks for each programme stage.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning for donor‑funded programmes.
• Strong analytical background with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of working with multi‑stakeholder partnerships.
• Experience managing programme data systems and ensuring data quality.
• Familiarity with child‑focused results frameworks and sponsorship models.
