Clinical Psychologist – Telehealth (Freelance)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance Clinical Psychologist, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This remote position offers flexible business hours and the chance to supplement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients.
• Focus on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches: minimum 200 coaching hours; Counsellors: minimum 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
